1. Strand by Strand - Cosmetic Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

The primary responsibility of the Cosmetic Manager is to ensure that clients receive the service and results promised by consultants/sales teams, maintaining the high standards of Advanced Hair Studio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary service that aligns with AHS’ brand standards.
• Provide technical support during consultations as needed.
• Create schedules for hair experts, manage workflow, and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex or longstanding client concerns escalated by team members.
• Monitor departmental stock levels closely.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of designated areas, including hair experts’ rooms and equipment.
• Address any issues promptly, involving ASM / SM when necessary to maintain harmony.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all clients in the department, including images and financial details.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Track regular clients and their visits to the studio to enhance personalized service.
• Coordinate with Head Office for customized orders.
• Strategize and plan with teams to achieve monthly targets effectively.
• Promote second sales opportunities (upselling) to enhance revenue.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to protocols within the cosmetic department, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Advanced Hair Studio.

2. Trichologist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Trichologist plays a pivotal role in clinical procedures at AHS, specializing in hair and scalp health. They conduct reviews for clients undergoing Advanced Laser Therapy (ALT) and evaluate outcomes. Additionally, they counsel clients on hair-related issues and provide reviews for clients using Strand by Strand - The Ultimate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must be a medical practitioner with BHMS, BAMS, or BDS qualification and extensive experience in trichology.
• Conduct client reviews and maintain comprehensive medical histories, result images, and reviews in the software system.
• Explain procedures such as Strand by Strand - The Ultimate to clients based on their needs or interests.
• Meet with ALT clients as necessary to address questions and concerns.
• Handle client objections related to clinical procedures.
• Recommend supplements, vitamins, diet plans, and lifestyle changes if deemed necessary.
• Support ALT and Strand by Strand - The Ultimate departments in preparing for second sales.
• Assist consultants with technical queries during client consultations.
• Act as a consultant to contribute to revenue generation at the center when required.
• Provide support to the ALT and Strand by Strand - The Ultimate teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Coordinate meetings with the ALT team, Front Desk, and Studio Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with department teams to facilitate upselling opportunities (second sales).
• Recommend and suggest other AHS products and procedures when appropriate.

This position requires a skilled medical professional with expertise in trichology to enhance client satisfaction, support revenue growth, and maintain high standards of clinical care at Advanced Hair Studio.

3. Sr. Front Desk Executive

Job Description for Sr. Front Desk Executive:

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure adherence to Studio Standards.
• Compile front office statistics and generate related reports.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, and appearance for self and colleagues.
• Coordinate with Contact Center and Pan India Head of Front Desk according to protocols.
• Schedule consultations in coordination with Studio Manager and Consultants.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Conduct monetary transactions following established protocols.
• Collaborate with the accounts department on financial transactions, quotations, and receipts.
• Foster relationships and communication with all departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Resolve guest issues effectively and courteously, adhering to international standards of quality.
• Maintain patient data accurately in software systems as per protocol.
• Ensure achievement of targets set for the Front Desk.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of routine operations management.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in client management.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Candidates with dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Front Office roles, will be preferred, provided they meet all other criteria specified in the job description.

4. Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with individuals seeking hair loss treatment consultations, offering tailored solutions based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.
• Educate clients on the fundamentals of hair loss and provide personalized counseling based on their needs.
• Understand client expectations, present suitable procedures and products, and articulate achievable outcomes through visual aids.
• Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analyzing performance regularly.
• Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the studio.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
• Customer-centric approach to sales and service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance on hair replacement systems.

1. Proficiency in barbering, men’s and women’s hair cutting, and coloring.

Hiring Process:
