1. Sr. Front Desk Executive

Job Description for Sr. Front Desk Executive:

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure adherence to Studio Standards.
• Compile front office statistics and generate related reports.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, and appearance for self and colleagues.
• Coordinate with Contact Center and Pan India Head of Front Desk according to protocols.
• Schedule consultations in coordination with Studio Manager and Consultants.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Conduct monetary transactions following established protocols.
• Collaborate with the accounts department on financial transactions, quotations, and receipts.
• Foster relationships and communication with all departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Resolve guest issues effectively and courteously, adhering to international standards of quality.
• Maintain patient data accurately in software systems as per protocol.
• Ensure achievement of targets set for the Front Desk.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of routine operations management.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in client management.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Candidates with dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Front Office roles, will be preferred, provided they meet all other criteria specified in the job description.

2. Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with individuals seeking hair loss treatment consultations, offering tailored solutions based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.
• Educate clients on the fundamentals of hair loss and provide personalized counseling based on their needs.
• Understand client expectations, present suitable procedures and products, and articulate achievable outcomes through visual aids.
• Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analyzing performance regularly.
• Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the studio.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.

Main Purpose of the Job :

The Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of Advanced Hair Studio, overseeing all aspects of studio operations from revenue assurance to client service and overall establishment functions. Key responsibilities include revenue generation, team management, branding, marketing, business development initiatives at the geographic level, and ensuring operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, studio appearance upkeep, and financial control.
• Demonstrate and foster a commitment to providing the best possible client experience by maintaining high company standards.
• Resolve client-related issues in accordance with company operating guidelines.
• Maximize revenues and achieve monthly targets through effective management and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive sales activities and meet revenue objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members in technical, administrative, and managerial skills.
• Motivate, mentor, and provide direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members are well-informed about policies and procedures.
• Hold regular meetings to communicate company updates, policy reviews, and goals to the team.
• Manage studio operations as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative AV Editor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality audio-visual content that aligns with our brand and vision of premiumness. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage to craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Enhance video and audio quality using various techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Apply visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance the final product.
• Ensure all content meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Efficiently manage and organize media assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques, including AI tools, to enhance content quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any audio-visual editing issues.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as an AV Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and/or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of audio editing and sound design.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of color grading and correction.
• Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with visual effects and some exposure to 3D animation (not compulsory).
